Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and drive business growth.
  • Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to enhance client outreach.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through effective client data capture.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
  • Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences, elevating the Tiffany brand.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship-building capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to business development. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.

Workplace

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $20.57 - $27.83 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
