Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver personalized client experiences in every interaction, utilizing the Tiffany Touch and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, capturing and leveraging client data
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic client relationship management and key product pillar development
  • Demonstrate exceptional brand ambassadorship and passion for Tiffany through elevated in-store service and memorable selling ceremonies
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store operations, optimizing client experiences through feedback integration and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance optimization
  • Connect with clients through wardrobe styling and consultative discovery, converting prospects through curiosity and product knowledge
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial approaches to outreach and business development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing hospitality experience
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial sales targets and managing client relationships
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
  • Strong ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases
  • Authorization to work in Canada

Experience
