Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver personalized client experiences in every interaction, utilizing the Tiffany Touch and entrepreneurial spirit
- Develop and cultivate client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, capturing and leveraging client data
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic client relationship management and key product pillar development
- Demonstrate exceptional brand ambassadorship and passion for Tiffany through elevated in-store service and memorable selling ceremonies
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store operations, optimizing client experiences through feedback integration and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance optimization
- Connect with clients through wardrobe styling and consultative discovery, converting prospects through curiosity and product knowledge
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial approaches to outreach and business development
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing hospitality experience
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales targets and managing client relationships
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Strong ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases
- Authorization to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality or related fields. A proven track record of achieving commercial sales results and building strong client relationships is essential.
Education
College or university degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.57 to CAD 27.83 per hour.
