Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Toronto — full-time, permanent role delivering exceptional client experiences in luxury jewellery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Personify the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the Tiffany Touch to create memorable, elevated experiences.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, data capture and personalised outreach to drive repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through individual sales and contribution to team goals.
- Execute the in-store sales cycle with discovery-led appointments, styling advice and product storytelling across key product pillars.
- Foster a client-centric culture by leveraging client feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) insights to enhance in-store hospitality and amenities.
- Utilize POS and client tracking systems to manage transactions, record client information and follow up on leads and service requests.
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet client demand and deliver exceptional service during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- Proven track record of commercial sales results in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Demonstrable ability to connect with a diverse clientele and deliver personalised styling and service.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours (days, nights, weekends and holidays).
- College or university degree preferred; proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail or comparable client-facing experience, with documented success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
College or university degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.57 to CAD 27.83 per hour.
