Role & Responsibilities

  • Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the signature 'Tiffany Touch' and creating memorable, personalised experiences.
  • Develops and nurtures long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and capture of client data in CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual commercial targets; drives repeat business and lifetime client value.
  • Converts clients through discovery-led selling and product storytelling across key product pillars.
  • Executes elevated in-store hospitality and merchandising to optimise the client experience and act on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback.
  • Uses Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems to process transactions, manage client records and support post-sale service.
  • Collaborates with store colleagues to identify outreach opportunities, appointments and tailored styling solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (hospitality experience considered).
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable commercial results in a sales-driven environment.
  • Flexible availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to engage and connect with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele and to build trust quickly.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada (must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based).

Experience
