Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor opportunity in Japan. Drive luxury jewelry and watches sales, deliver exceptional service, and achieve growth targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and expand the customer base through consultative selling
- Provide comprehensive client service including inquiries, post-sale follow-up, and repair intake
- Execute cash and inventory management tasks, including daily reconciliation and stock movement processing
- Conduct product verification, replenishment, stocktaking, and visual merchandising activities
- Maintain boutique standards through housekeeping and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail experience, preferably in luxury jewelry or watches
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities
- Proficiency in fundamental computer systems and point-of-sale operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of jewelry and timepiece product categories, craftsmanship, and positioning
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in client-facing retail roles. Preferred experience includes luxury brand sales, international fashion or cosmetics retail, specialized jewelry or watch sales, or premium hospitality (hotel or airline) service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail management, hospitality, or business is advantageous.
