Client Advisor position at Tiffany & Co. in Tampa, Florida. Build client relationships and drive luxury sales for an iconic 175-year heritage brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, cultivating new clients through proactive engagement
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans across key product pillars
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data to personalize service delivery and drive future engagement
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating the Tiffany Touch—a personal, signature service approach—during every selling ceremony
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences, responding to client feedback and Voice of the Client (TEI) survey insights
- Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors aligned with the Tiffany client experience vision and the TEI program
- Cultivate a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and develop entrepreneurial initiative in personal business building
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales results
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Ability to work flexibly with non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to serve a diverse, multicultural client base with cultural sensitivity and professionalism
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Preferred: Graduate Gemologist certification or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality sectors, with a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is preferred. Graduate Gemologist certification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is strongly preferred.
