Tiffany & Co. seeks Client Advisors in Sydney, Australia for flagship and Westfield stores — permanent full‑time and casual luxury retail roles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, memorable Tiffany experience for each client, consistently embodying the brand’s tone and standards.
- Proactively engage and develop client relationships through in‑store interactions, follow‑up and clienteling activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Execute the selling ceremony — from consultation to close — with attention to detail and impeccable service etiquette.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across jewellery and watches and effectively present features, craftsmanship and provenance.
- Operate POS and complete transactions accurately while preserving luxury service standards during high‑volume periods.
- Contribute to store visual standards, stock integrity and the smooth execution of client appointments and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or client‑facing sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate long‑term client relationships and deliver high‑value service.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional trading hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative to develop business opportunities and think creatively.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or client‑facing sales experience, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and developing high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, luxury brand management, business or hospitality preferred.
