Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the bespoke 'Tiffany Experience' through personalised, attentive client service tailored to each customer.
- Proactively engage and cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty, repeat business and long-term client development.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and refined selling ceremony.
- Operate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Contribute to overall store performance, participate in promotions and support team selling initiatives.
- Participate in brand training and product education to maintain expert product knowledge and advisory capability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles with demonstrable results against targets.
- Passion for luxury goods, strong commercial instinct and commitment to exceptional client service.
- Proven ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and to manage high-value transactions with discretion.
- Flexible availability to work non-traditional trading hours, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury or high-end retail sales or a customer-facing sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
