Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Stuttgart, Germany. Temporary role offering luxury retail experience with LVMH benefits and 30 days annual leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and consultation to discerning national and international clients
- Actively cultivate and maintain sustainable customer relationships
- Execute CRM initiatives to enhance client engagement
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Support exclusive clients during events and marketing campaigns
- Analyze, monitor, and manage merchandise inventory
- Maintain and uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique
- Participate actively in product training sessions and professional development
- Execute administrative sales duties and transaction processing
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail, preferably luxury retail, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality or gastronomy
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills in German and English
- Polished appearance with positive demeanor and ability to thrive in a team environment
- High degree of responsibility and strong prioritization abilities
- Capability to serve a diverse clientele in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook
