Tiffany & Co. is hiring a temporary Client Advisor in St. Louis to deliver luxury retail service and brand hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist clients, ensuring memorable experiences consistent with the Tiffany brand ethos
- Provide hospitality and personalized service to enhance the overall client experience and drive sales and service metrics
- Assist with engraving services and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Communicate promptly with management regarding any potential service issues affecting waiting clients
- Support the sales team with packaging, wrapping, gift supplies replenishment, and POS functions following purchase transactions
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain optimal store procedures and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional client service orientation and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse and international clientele
- Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related hospitality experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate comfort working in fast-paced environments and familiarity with non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
