Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and foster a clienteling culture.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Ability to connect with clients and work with a diverse client base. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email. Spanish language proficiency.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
