Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every customer interaction, utilizing personal talent to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to exceed sales plans.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
  • Capture and manage customer data effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers to drive loyalty.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through loyal customer business.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by consistently providing memorable moments for customers.
  • Demonstrate brand passion and optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences.

Qualifications

  • Completed high school education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant customer-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Friendly and respectful demeanor.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Ability to work with a diverse customer base.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and under corporate standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, or customer service systems.
  • Attention to detail and high frustration tolerance.
  • Sensitivity to the luxury market.

Experience
