Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every customer interaction, utilizing personal style (the Tiffany touch) to create extraordinary client experiences
  • Build and deepen client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and encourage repeat business
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
  • Record customer data and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate significant revenue through repeat client business and key product pillars
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering consistently memorable moments
  • Demonstrate Tiffany brand passion as an ambassador during every sales transaction
  • Exhibit customer experience behaviors aligned with the TEI (Voice of the Customer) program and Tiffany's customer experience vision
  • Optimize store hospitality and amenities based on TEI performance metrics and customer feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury or related customer-facing roles (such as hospitality)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving commercial results
  • Strong ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
  • Flexible scheduling availability
  • University degree (preferred)
  • Gemology certification (preferred)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (preferred)
