Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
- Deliver elevated client experiences in each appointment.
- Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, acting on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
Workplace
This position is based in Santa Clara, California, USA, within easy reach of San Jose.
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $22.19 to $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
