Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering memorable moments through the 'Tiffany Touch' personal service approach
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty, repeat business, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Capture and cultivate client data, building a strong book of business through client-centric engagement and relationship management
- Consistently achieve or exceed commercial targets through disciplined sales execution, product knowledge, and consultative selling
- Deliver elevated client experiences by connecting product offerings to individual client needs, styling clients, and identifying innovative growth opportunities
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities; leverage Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to continuously optimize the in-store experience
- Demonstrate expertise in key product pillars and drive conversion through consultative discovery and curiosity
- Maintain proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking platforms, and Microsoft Outlook for seamless operational execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality or related fields
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required); English proficiency essential
- Demonstrated ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases and build lasting relationships
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail, luxury retail, or client-facing service experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving commercial results. Experience building and maintaining a personal client book and driving sales through relationship-based selling is essential. Hospitality or premium service backgrounds are highly valued.
Education
A college or university degree is desired but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is the baseline educational requirement.
