Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating passion for Tiffany in all interactions.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat business.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars.
  • Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship management. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

College/university degree preferred.

Workplace

This position is based in San Diego, California, USA.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $20.40-$27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
