Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Capture and manage client data to enhance customer engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
  • Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, enhancing the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and client relationship management abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred. Knowledge of gemology or previous coursework at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or a related client-facing role.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.
