Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the Tiffany brand philosophy through elevated client interactions and the 'Tiffany Touch'
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, with particular emphasis on personalized consultative selling
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets and sales plans
- Capture and maintain client data within tracking systems; cultivate both new and existing client relationships through proactive outreach
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences by optimizing hospitality, demonstrating product knowledge across key pillars, and responding to client feedback through the Net Promoter Score program
- Convert clients through curiosity-driven discovery and elevated appointment experiences
- Execute best practices in styling and wardrobe consultation to create personalized shopping experiences
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate client and retail calendar needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality environments
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial and sales targets
- Strong ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree (desired)
- Multilingual proficiency (desired)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-related experience in hospitality or similar service environments. Demonstrated success in achieving commercial results and building client relationships is essential.
