Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to build new and existing relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business and innovative client experiences.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate passion as a brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
