Tiffany & Co. seeks a Spanish‑speaking Client Advisor in Pasadena, USA — luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales targets, and delivering the Tiffany experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction to create memorable, high‑quality experiences.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, capture client data and grow repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual commercial targets by driving sales across key product pillars.
- Convert prospects through consultative discovery and personalised styling that connects product to the client’s wardrobe and lifestyle.
- Leverage POS and client tracking systems to execute follow‑up, appointment management and outreach campaigns.
- Act on NPS feedback and service metrics to continuously elevate in‑store hospitality and experiential retail standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail, or client‑facing hospitality roles with demonstrable sales results.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial objectives and developing a personal client portfolio.
- Fluency in Spanish (required) and proven ability to serve a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of employment.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred.
