Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Part-Time Client Advisor in New York (The Landmark) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tiffany touch in every client interaction, creating memorable, personalized experiences that reflect the brand’s standards.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through active clienteling, follow-up and capture of client data in CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual commercial targets, driving sales through repeat business and discovery-led conversion.
- Execute sales consultations and styling appointments that connect product pillars to clients’ wardrobes and life moments.
- Leverage NPS feedback and in-store hospitality best practices to elevate the client experience and inform service improvements.
- Contribute to a collaborative store culture by fostering entrepreneurial behaviour and supporting outreach to grow the client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or a client-facing hospitality role with demonstrable commercial results.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across a diverse client base.
- Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.19 to USD 30.02 per hour.
