Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Paris—luxury retail sales role embodying the iconic brand and serving international clientele.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture enduring client relationships to strengthen loyalty and engagement with the maison
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales objectives
  • Collect and enrich client data to build and maintain a portfolio of existing and prospective customers
  • Generate substantial revenue through a loyal client base and strategic product pillar promotion
  • Elevate the boutique experience by creating memorable moments and embodying the Tiffany brand passion during each client interaction
  • Apply excellence behaviours as defined by the TEI (Voice of Client Survey) programme and Tiffany's client experience vision
  • Implement best hospitality practices and optimize boutique services to deliver unique, personalized experiences
  • Analyse TEI performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous service improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail or direct client-facing roles such as hospitality
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving commercial sales objectives
  • Fluency in French and English (essential); additional languages such as Russian, Portuguese, or Spanish are valued
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, client management tools, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to engage authentically with diverse, international clientele

Experience
