Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor (6-month CDD) in Paris, France. Luxury retail sales role combining brand passion with customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to strengthen loyalty and engagement with the maison
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
- Collect and enhance client data to create personalized experiences
- Build and nurture portfolios of both existing and prospective clients
- Generate significant revenue through a loyal customer base and proactive clienteling
- Drive sales momentum around strategic product pillars and seasonal collections
- Elevate the in-store experience by creating memorable moments for each customer
- Embody Tiffany passion during every sales interaction through authentic application of the Tiffany Touch
- Apply excellence behaviors defined in the TEI (Voice of Client) program to consistently enhance client experience
- Implement best hospitality practices to optimize in-store service delivery
- Analyze TEI performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within luxury retail or direct client-facing environments such as hospitality
- Demonstrated success in achieving commercial objectives and sales targets
- Fluency in French and English (essential); Portuguese proficiency is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, client management tools, and Microsoft Outlook
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to engage confidently with international and diverse clientele
- Higher education diploma (desirable)
- Graduate Gemologist certification or training from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to early-career professionals with foundational sales experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or direct client service are encouraged to apply. Prior success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is valued.
Education
Higher education diploma preferred; Graduate Gemologist certification or GIA training in gemology is advantageous but not required.
