Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Paris; French, English, and Arabic fluency required. Full-time permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to strengthen loyalty and engagement with the House
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the boutique
  • Collect and enrich client data to build comprehensive customer profiles
  • Generate significant revenue through a loyal, personalized client portfolio
  • Elevate in-store experiences by creating memorable moments and embodying the Tiffany Touch during each sale
  • Apply excellence behaviors defined in the TEI (Voice of Client Survey) program to continuously improve service quality
  • Analyze TEI performance metrics and client feedback to refine boutique service practices
  • Implement hospitality best practices and optimize in-store services to deliver unique, personalized experiences
  • Drive sales momentum around strategic product pillars

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or direct client-facing sectors such as hospitality
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial sales objectives
  • Fluency in French, English, and Arabic (required)
  • Proficiency with POS (point-of-sale) systems, customer management tools, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to interact professionally with international and diverse clientele
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Higher education diploma (preferred)
  • Graduate Gemologist certification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) training (advantageous)

Experience
