Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience at every client touchpoint, embodying brand values of optimism, inclusivity and creativity.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using proactive clienteling to drive repeat purchases and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through individual sales performance and pipeline development.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM/client tracking systems and convert appointments into sales through consultative selling.
- Create memorable in‑store moments and elevated hospitality; act on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to refine the client experience.
- Promote key product pillars and 'style' clients by connecting merchandise to wardrobes and life moments.
- Work collaboratively with store colleagues to optimise merchandising, appointments and bespoke client events.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail, luxury retail or client‑facing hospitality experience with a proven record of commercial results.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Demonstrable ability to connect with diverse clienteles and to develop repeat business.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking/CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail, luxury retail or relevant client‑related roles (e.g., hospitality), with a documented track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
Preferred: college or university degree; not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 27.60 per hour.
