- Leverages client feedback and NPS insights to refine in‑store hospitality, optimise appointments and elevate the selling ceremony.
- Maintains accurate client records in client tracking systems and utilises Point of Sale systems and CRM tools to manage transactions and follow ups.
- Works collaboratively with the store team to execute hospitality best practices, store amenities and branded experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client‑facing hospitality roles with a demonstrable record of commercial results.
- Proven ability to build rapport and connect authentically with a diverse clientele.
- Flexible availability for non‑traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
