Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Oak Brook, Illinois—luxury retail sales role with competitive hourly pay ($20.40–$27.00) plus uncapped commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through personalized client interactions and the 'Tiffany Touch' in every engagement
- Develop and cultivate lasting client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty, repeat business, and increased spending
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets and sales plans
- Capture and maintain client data; execute clienteling strategies to foster outreach business growth
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences by executing hospitality best practices and translating client feedback into memorable moments
- Drive business growth through key product pillars and legendary designer collections including Schlumberger, Picasso, and Peretti
- Demonstrate exceptional brand ambassadorship and service excellence aligned with NPS performance standards
- Style clients and connect products with individual wardrobes to create bespoke shopping experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality environments
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding commercial sales targets
- Strong ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and client relationship management platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and email systems
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles such as hospitality. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve commercial results and develop meaningful client relationships. Experience working with diverse clientele and the flexibility to adapt to non-traditional retail scheduling.
Education
College or university degree is desired but not strictly required.
