Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Capture and manage client data to support relationship-building initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during client interactions.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
  • Implement best practices based on client feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong brand ambassadorship and client engagement abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on building client relationships. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred. Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in New York, New York, USA, with easy access to New York.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $19.98 – $27.03 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
