Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience through consistent demonstration of the Tiffany Touch—a personalized, memorable approach to client interaction
- Capture and utilize client data to cultivate new and existing relationships, focusing on repeat business and key product pillars
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize the in-store experience and act on client feedback
- Demonstrate Tiffany client experience behaviors and brand ambassador qualities in every selling interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles (such as hospitality)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales results
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)
