Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand through exceptional service delivery in every client interaction, leveraging personal flair and the 'Tiffany Touch' to create extraordinary experiences
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed commercial targets through consultative selling and repeat business development
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets through consistent execution of the sales plan and entrepreneurial client development initiatives
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data within tracking systems; cultivate both new and existing client relationships to drive personalized outreach and business growth
  • Deliver elevated in-store experiences by demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador, optimizing hospitality, and responding to Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to create memorable moments
  • Connect with clients' personal style and wardrobe needs to provide tailored styling recommendations and drive sales across key product pillars including iconic collections
  • Execute best practices in client service by embodying the brand ethics of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity while maintaining proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems and client management tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases
  • Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, client relationship management platforms, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (desired)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (desired)
