Tiffany & Co. seeks Client Advisor in Munich, Germany. Full-time luxury retail position with proven track record in sales and customer relationship building.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consultation and personalized service to demanding national and international clientele
- Actively build and nurture sustainable customer relationships
- Execute CRM initiatives and client engagement programs
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Provide exclusive client support during boutique events and marketing activations
- Analyze, monitor, and manage inventory and merchandise assortment
- Uphold and maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique aesthetic
- Participate actively in product training, certification programs, and ongoing professional development
- Execute administrative sales tasks and point-of-sale procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant customer-facing sectors (hospitality, gastronomy, hotel management)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Sophisticated presentation, positive demeanor, and collaborative team orientation
- Strong sense of responsibility and demonstrated prioritization abilities
- Capacity to work effectively with diverse customer demographics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Professional fluency in German and English (business level minimum)
