Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand promise through exceptional customer interactions, employing a personalized approach to create extraordinary experiences for each client
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and sustained spending across product categories
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales objectives through strategic clienteling and transactional excellence
  • Record and maintain comprehensive client data and develop relationships with both prospective and existing clientele
  • Generate a substantial portion of sales revenue through repeat business and client base expansion
  • Drive growth through key product pillars and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge
  • Demonstrate brand passion as a Tiffany ambassador during every sales ceremony, incorporating personal service delivery
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences by executing best practices in hospitality and store operations
  • Act upon customer experience feedback derived from the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) survey program and implement improvements based on performance metrics
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to support peak sales periods and boutique operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector or hospitality with demonstrated customer-facing excellence
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed commercial targets
  • Natural ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele across socioeconomic and demographic backgrounds
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Flexible availability including weekend and evening shifts
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build personal client book of business
