Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Mississauga (Square One Mall). Part-time role, CAD 20.57–27.83/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the signature 'Tiffany Touch' to create memorable, service-led experiences.
- Develops and deepens client relationships through proactive clienteling, data capture, and personalized follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through individual sales and contribution to store results.
- Executes appointment-based selling and elevated hospitality, styling clients and connecting product to client wardrobes and occasions.
- Leverages client feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) insights to continuously refine in-store experiences and service delivery.
- Uses POS and client tracking systems to record interactions, manage opportunities and convert leads into sales; promotes key product pillars to grow business.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality experience with a proven track record of commercial results.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and convert relationships into repeat sales.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfort working with a diverse client base and adapting style to different client profiles.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury client-facing experience with demonstrable commercial performance.
Education
Preferred: College or university degree.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.57 to CAD 27.83 per hour.
