Tiffany & Co. hiring a Client Advisor in Mexico City — deliver iconic luxury client experiences and drive sales in a flagship retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Personify the Tiffany brand on every client interaction, delivering personalised hospitality and the signature 'Tiffany touch'.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales targets through proactive client acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Accurately record and maintain client data in store systems and act on insights to nurture opportunities.
  • Promote key product pillars and proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences, applying best-practice hospitality and taking actions based on TEI (customer voice) feedback.
  • Foster a client-centric culture within the store and contribute to a commercial, entrepreneurial team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to connect authentically with diverse clients.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
  • Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems, customer tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Experience
