Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand and delivers the ‘Tiffany touch’ in every client interaction, personalizing the in-store experience.
- Develops and cultivates long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and recording of customer data.
- Consistently attains or surpasses monthly, quarterly and annual store sales targets and contributes to repeat business.
- Drives sales across key product pillars and identifies opportunities to grow individual client spend.
- Delivers memorable, hospitality-led in-store service; implements TEI customer experience behaviours and acts on client feedback.
- Maintains accurate CRM and POS records, and applies best practices to optimise store hospitality and customer amenities.
- Promotes a culture of customer care, entrepreneurial selling and team-driven client development.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury retail or hospitality.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport across a diverse client base.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Operational proficiency with POS systems, customer tracking/CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally in luxury goods or client-facing hospitality, with demonstrable commercial results and repeat-client development.
Education
University degree preferred; gemology qualification (certificate or diploma) desirable.
