Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with Tiffany's standards of luxury etiquette and operational excellence
- Develop and execute personalized client development strategies to drive sales, cross-sells, and long-term loyalty
- Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling, conveying Tiffany's heritage of craftsmanship and integrity
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through entrepreneurial approach to exceeding KPIs
- Manage inventory, reservations, transfers, and care service offerings with meticulous attention to detail
- Build and maintain long-lasting personal connections with clients through strategic relationship management
- Provide proactive and relevant services including personalization and product care consultation
- Maintain compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and operational protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or client-focused hospitality experience
- Proven sales achievement and client relationship cultivation
- Expert knowledge of luxury etiquette and service standards
- Strong omnichannel retail acumen and digital fluency
- Proficiency with POS systems and client tracking platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail environment or client-related experience such as hospitality. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with diverse client base. Demonstrated experience in omnichannel luxury sales and clienteling initiatives.
Education
College or university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work preferred.
