Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver unparalleled service and operational results that uphold standards of excellence and luxury etiquette
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators
  • Build client development strategy to drive sales, cross-sales, and client loyalty through curation of memorable experiences
  • Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and maintain operational excellence standards including inventory, reservation management, transfers, and care services
  • Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling, conveying Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship, brand commitment, and integrity
  • Establish and nurture lasting relationships through strategic questioning and proactive, personalized service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related professional environments such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with diverse client bases
  • Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel sales and clienteling initiatives within luxury retail
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of luxury etiquette and commitment to upholding premium service standards
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid work authorization in the United Kingdom

Experience

A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist certification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is a plus but not required.
