Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Los Angeles to deliver exceptional luxury retail client experiences; hourly pay $19.98–$27.00, commission eligible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tiffany brand at every client touchpoint, delivering the Tiffany Touch and personalised service to create memorable in-store experiences.
- Develop and deepen long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and capture of client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales targets; identify and execute opportunities to grow business across key product pillars.
- Convert clients through consultative discovery and styling, connecting product recommendations to the client’s wardrobe and lifestyle.
- Foster an entrepreneurial clienteling culture within the store, leveraging client tracking systems and NPS feedback to refine the in-store experience.
- Execute hospitality best-practices, optimise store amenities and act on client feedback to elevate the selling ceremony.
- Operate POS and client systems accurately and professionally, ensuring flawless transaction handling and client record maintenance.
- Work flexible, non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to support store trading and client appointments.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or a client-facing hospitality role with a proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience (retail or luxury context preferred).
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport and connect authentically with a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends and holidays).
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience with documented commercial results and client development success.
Education
College/university degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.98 to USD 27 per hour.
