Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop client relationships and exceed sales targets through personalized service.
  • Foster a culture of clienteling and encourage entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increased spending.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems. Ability to work with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.

This position is based in Los Angeles, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
