Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver unparalleled service and results upholding standards of excellence and luxury etiquette
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Build client development strategies to drive sales, cross-sales, and client loyalty through curation of memorable experiences
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and operational excellence standards including inventory management, reservation handling, and care services
- Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling, conveying Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship and brand integrity
- Establish lasting relationships by asking strategic questions and connecting meaningfully with clients and team members
- Elevate and celebrate clients' special moments through proactive and relevant personalized services including product care

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related hospitality environment
- Proven sales track record with ability to achieve results and cultivate relationships with diverse client base
- Passion for luxury retail and jewelry/watch expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative team orientation
- Knowledge of luxury etiquette and service-oriented approach
- Experience deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives
- Digital proficiency and comfort with omnichannel retail tools
- Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems proficiency
- Microsoft Outlook and email proficiency
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related experience such as hospitality. Demonstrated expertise in sales and clienteling within an omnichannel luxury setting, with a proven track record of achieving sales results and building relationships with a diverse clientele.
Education
College or university degree preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certification or previous GIA coursework preferred.
