Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver unparalleled service and sales results that uphold standards of excellence and luxury etiquette
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and KPIs through client development strategy and cross-sales initiatives
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized service, curating memorable experiences and proactive product care services
  • Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and maintain operational excellence in inventory management, reservation handling, transfers, and care services
  • Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling, effectively conveying Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship and brand commitment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related environment such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with diverse client base
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and clienteling within omnichannel luxury environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with service-oriented mindset and knowledge of luxury etiquette
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
  • Digitally-savvy with ease navigating omnichannel tools
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Experience
