Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Covent Garden, London. Drive luxury jewelry sales with 3+ years retail experience. Permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver unparalleled service and results upholding standards of excellence and luxury etiquette
  • Exceed individual and store sales objectives and KPIs through an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Build client development strategies to drive sales, cross-sales, and client loyalty through curation of memorable experiences
  • Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and maintain operational excellence standards including inventory, reservation management, transfers, and care services
  • Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment centered on the belief that People Make the Difference
  • Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling, effectively conveying Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship and integrity
  • Connect with clients and team members through strategic questioning and establishment of lasting relationships
  • Elevate and celebrate clients' special moments through proactive and relevant services including personalization and product care
  • Display professionalism and agility, adapting behavior and implementing feedback appropriately

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base
  • Experienced sales and clienteling professional in an omnichannel luxury environment
  • Demonstrated experience deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
  • College or university degree (preferred)
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA course work (preferred)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)

Experience

College or university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is advantageous but not required.
