Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in London (Heathrow) to deliver luxury clienteling and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, etiquette-driven luxury service and consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build and execute client development strategies to drive acquisition, retention, cross-sales and long-term loyalty.
- Curate memorable in-store experiences through product storytelling, personalisation and attentive product-care services.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, manage reservations and inventory activity in accordance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Maintain operational excellence including transfers, reservations, and after-sales care to safeguard client satisfaction.
- Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to identify sales opportunities across channels and support omnichannel initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment where collaboration and professional growth are prioritised.
- Adapt to feedback, display professionalism and agility in changing retail conditions, including premium service recovery.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or client-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality with demonstrable sales results.
- Proven experience in clienteling within an omnichannel luxury environment and in deploying targeted sales strategies.
- Flexible availability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Preferred: college or university degree; Graduate Gemologist certification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework; proficiency in multiple languages.
