Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in London (Old Bond Street) to deliver luxury clienteling, sales excellence and operational standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, clientele-focused service that upholds Tiffany’s standards of luxury etiquette and store experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, KPIs and omnichannel objectives through proactive selling and cross‑selling.
- Develop and execute personalised client development strategies and long‑term clienteling to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Convey Tiffany’s brand story and craftsmanship authentically to inspire purchases and deepen client relationships.
- Manage operational tasks to ensure inventory accuracy, reservation handling, transfers and excellence in care services in compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Curate memorable client experiences including product personalization and aftercare, adapting approach to individual client needs.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and demonstrate professionalism, agility and receptivity to feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or a client‑facing hospitality role with a proven sales record.
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base in an omnichannel environment.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling initiatives across channels.
Education
College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist qualification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
