Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Las Vegas, Nevada—luxury jewelry retail role focusing on elevated client experiences and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction, creating extraordinary experiences that differentiate the boutique
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, capturing client data and cultivating both new and existing accounts
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets through elevated client experience and consultative selling
  • Foster a clienteling culture by encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and driving outreach business development initiatives
  • Deliver memorable in-store moments by demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies and optimizing hospitality experiences
  • Connect with clients' personal style by styling clients across the Tiffany product portfolio and driving business through key product pillars
  • Execute best practices in customer experience by leveraging NPS feedback and implementing client-focused initiatives to elevate service standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the United States
