Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Las Vegas to deliver bespoke clienteling, exceed sales targets and elevate in-store experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the distinctive ‘Tiffany Touch’ and creating memorable in-store moments.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, capture accurate client data and grow repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets; drive sales across key product pillars.
- Convert client interest into sales through discovery-led conversations and personalised styling that connects product to the client’s wardrobe.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to refine the client experience and act on service opportunities.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices to elevate appointments and in-store events.
- Operate POS and client tracking systems accurately and maintain professional communication via Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays to meet client needs and store demand.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality with demonstrable commercial results and client development history.
Education
College/university degree preferred.
