Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop client relationships and exceed sales targets through entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage client development to grow business outreach.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and daily client conversion.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to offer styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.
