Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data effectively.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships to enhance repeat business.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for each client.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship management. Sales and negotiation expertise. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

This position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA, within easy reach of Philadelphia.
