Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Istanbul Airport. Luxury retail sales role with focus on personalized client service and brand storytelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver unparalleled service and results that uphold standards of excellence and luxury etiquette
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Act as a trusted advisor, building client development strategy to drive sales, cross-sales, and client loyalty through curation of memorable experiences
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures, uphold operational excellence standards including inventory, reservation management, transfers, and care services
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment centered on the principle that people make the difference
- Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling, effectively conveying Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship, brand commitment, and integrity
- Connect with clients and team members through strategic questioning and establishment of lasting relationships
- Think and act with intention to elevate, surprise, and celebrate clients' special moments through proactive and relevant services including personalization and product care
- Display professionalism and exercise agility, adapting behavior and implementing feedback appropriately
- Exercise resilience through new challenging assignments and celebrate innovation when adopting new ways of working
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Fluency in Turkish and English (mandatory); a third language is appreciated
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles within hospitality or equivalent sectors, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales results in a customer-centric environment.
Education
College or university degree preferred; a Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is additionally preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Istanbul, Turkey.
