Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Honolulu — deliver the Tiffany Experience, drive sales and build lasting client relationships (hourly role).
Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand at every client touchpoint, consistently delivering the signature ‘Tiffany Experience’ and personalised service.
- Builds and nurtures long‑term client relationships through disciplined clienteling, proactive outreach and meticulous capture of client data.
- Consistently attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by converting appointments and driving repeat business.
- Leverages knowledge of product pillars to advise, style and present merchandise in ways that deepen client loyalty and lifetime spend.
- Executes hospitality and store‑experience best practices, acts on NPS feedback and creates memorable in‑store moments.
- Uses Point of Sales (POS) and client tracking systems to manage transactions, appointments and CRM records with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or other client‑facing sectors (e.g., hospitality) with a demonstrable commercial track record.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to develop a personal client business.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfort working with a diverse client base and adapting communication to varied clientele.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or relevant client‑facing experience such as hospitality, with a proven track record of achieving commercial results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 27.60 per hour.
